Created by Emily Byrne the clinic offers a holistic approach to skincare, blending together Emily’s passion for products and treatments and her acupuncture and naturopath study. The Skin Alchemist knows that true health is more than skin deep.

THE ASK

Case Study

Emily Byrne contacted MPowered Collective after seeing Michelle Speak at an industry event with Tekno Surgical. Emily had a brand she wanted to created and needed help to define her vision and create her brand identity.

After trying for years to bridge the gap between East and West Emily knew that she needed a brand that would help her tell her story and remain true to her values and mission.

THE APPROACH

Michelle listened to Emily’s vision for her brand and worked with her to bring that vision to market. Enlisting the help of Ball&Socket for creative Michelle worked collaboratively with Emily and the team to create a beautiful brand identity for The Skin Alchemist that brought to life this holistic approach to skincare. Michelle continued to work with Emily on a competitor review of her marketplace, customer persona creation and a positioning plan for The Skin Alchemist.

RESULTS TO DATE

Case Study

Emily opened her new store in Kilkenny city in April. An amazing looking store Emily has stayed true to the brand creation. Having a clear brand identity and colour pallet meant that everything from the reception desk and treatment rooms to posts on social media stay on brand and remain true to the ethos of the brand.
